Summer STEAM Camp @ UCalgary

Join IndigeSTEAM for another week of summer camp fun! Our topic this year is One Health and the benefits of Two-Eyed Seeing for all our relations. With the involvement of multiple University faculties, such as Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, and Kinesiology, youth will have the opportunity to explore diverse STEM field career possibilities and gain a comprehensive understanding of how STEM impacts all of our relatives (including ourselves, our animals, and our environment). The week will include many opportunities for hands-on learning, laboratory experiments, on-the-land learning, traditional teachings, Elder story-telling, cultural workshops, and more! The camp will take place at the University of Calgary for the week of July 28th-August 1st. Overnight accommodations are available for youth ages 12 and up. Spots are limited so register today!
